An Amazing, Documented 20 Minute Exercise For Anti-Age and Blasting Fat!

Ready to learn about an amazing three times a week 20 minute fat blaster?  That’s also an anti-ager?  That’s great for cholesterol? That really works?

The quickie explanation is to go back to when we were in middle school and high school: Remember those timed runs for gym class when you thought your lungs would burst?  It turns out that the huge push creates a chemical response called HGH.  It’s pretty stable in young people, but as we age it dramatically decreases.

HGH, produced by the pituitary gland, spurs growth in children and adolescents. It also helps to regulate body composition, body fluids, muscle and bone growth, sugar and fat metabolism, and possibly heart function.

We need and want it back … NOW!

Peak 8 Exercise:  20 Minutes 3 Times A Week

The information for both doing it and understanding why it works is straightforward and easy to understand.  I have done it myself over the past week since learning about it … just getting the hang of how far I can go and push myself, but is it a coincidence that the scale is starting to finally budge?  I don’t think so.  I’ll keep you posted as I have a personal 12-week challenge going for myself that includes aerobic exercise three times a week, so why not this???

In short:  you warm up for FOUR MINUTES with walking outdoors, or on a treadmill, or a mini-tramp, or whatever you’ve got for 3 minutes and 30 seconds, then BLAST to as fast as you can (like the old days in gym when the cute girl from the track team was putting everyone to shame and you had to do SOMETHING to not be embarrassed ….) for 30 seconds.  Then you drop immediately to the comfort level, but this time it’s only for 90 seconds.  Then BLAST at full speeed for 30 seconds.  Repeat this 7 times.

You’ll be winded and sweaty, but by golly — it feels pretty good when you’re done and looking back on that 20 minutes!  Health pros say that this is better for us than the miles of jogging or walking, as it is the intensity and duration at this BLAST that triggers the HGH.

There’s plenty of information online, once you know that it is there.  Just google “Peak 8” or “Peak 8 fitness Dr. Mercola” and you’ll have all you need to get started.

They are QUICK to point out that 3 times a week is IT.  Anything more will not be beneficial.

Strength training for specific muscles and over all balance and agility, as I do for my osteoperosis to prepare my body to respond if I fall, cannot be neglected. Peak 8 doesn’t replace this, but it WILL increase metabolism and weight loss.

I’ll continue to report on how I’m doing with this, and hope you’ll take a look at it as something that might ring your bells as it did mine!  I, personally, am very excited to think that something as straightforward as this could make a big difference for me … and in turn my loved ones.  My mom lived to nearly 95, and I want to be as independent as LONG as possible! For me, and my kids, every effort is worth it.
