“Settle Down” For Sleep & Anxiety!
We’ve had so many happy reports on our Settle Down product (a little nutritional capsule that feeds the adrenal glands and really helps stress, agitation, “busy brain” and sleeping better), that it’s time for a refresher!
You know what’s amazing? After Bob and I had used it for several months for better sleep (starting in early Spring 2018), we found we used less and less and less! Now we use it only on occasion. I think it must have some long-term benefits that work on a cellular level. Our cost on this wonderful product has gone up, but we will not pass that on to you — it stays at the same price and you get some free tea with it! What’s not to love?
If you or someone you love (including senior parents and grankids) are struggling with sleep, anxiety, jittery moods or over-reactions … this is well worth your time!
Do You Need Help Settling Down? During The Day or At Night?
It’s been two years now since we met Dr. Maria Boldry (a Certified Naturopathic Doctor) in Colorado. She found us through our website and now shares the tea at her clinic. When she contacted us, I went on her website and learned she’d developed her own product (kind of like Dr. Miller with the tea) to help her husband, a great guy whose mind just doesn’t stop. (Sound familar?!?!) Even at night!
Not able to find anything on the market that was “up to snuff” for him, she developed her own product!
As we got acquainted I learned about her wellness clinic, passions for serving those who come to her clinic, and her own very special all-natural product. I quickly ordered a bottle for myself for calming down at night. It arrived with a fascinating brochure and so many interesting facts and testimonials!
It is called “Settle Down” (isn’t that the best name???) and it has really helped us sleep at night — especially getting back to sleep after using the bathroom. This sleeplessness as we age is so common! I watched my own Mom struggle with sleep as she got well into her 90’s. Her nights were SO long … kind of hearbreaking! I wished we’d had this for her! It’s safe for kids who can’t settle down at night too.
It’s helped a lot of others now in our My Miracle Tea community– including adults, children and pets — with, anxiety, depression, “inner mind chatter”, ADD, ADHD, hyperactivity, nerves before medical procedures and more!
Like the tea, it’s created by a doctor and it is NOT advertised anywhere. You just have to hear about it. It’s 100% natural with a grandstand of neat testimonials from people who love it. And it’s NOT through a network marketing company :0)
So yes, it helps us at night! At the same time it arrived, I had some stressful dental work done. I’d read that Settle Down is helpful with stress for medical procedures. So I took 2 capsules before my appointment and I was able to calmly relax through an hour that ordinarily would have had me a tense, bundle of fried nerves! It helped with the stress and healing afterwards as well for this dental procedure.
It was when I read through all of the testimonials that I KNEW I had to share it with you too.
I want to tell everyone I know about it, every time they mention depression, stress, a child that’s struggling, or an annoying dog that won’t stop barking.
It’s now well-spread in Dr. Maria’s Colorado community at dental offices for procedure stress, in school districts as a non-drug option for children with ADD, ADHD, hyperactivity, etc. Mental health pros send their patients to her clinic for it, or stock it themselves. Veterinarians there love to prescribe it for over-excited dogs, service animals, horses, etc.
It works in 15 minutes or less. There is no “buzz” nor are there heavy or jittery feelings. It’s not habit forming! Bob says, “this provides a nice “glow” when you can’t go back to sleep. It’s fantastic!”
It’s safe for children struggling with hyperactivity in school too.
Like the tea, you figure out the right amount for yourself (start with 1/2 to 1 capsule and go from there… up to 4 or 5 per day if necessary) and there are good instructions for getting started. WOW.
Nutritional Deficiency, Emotions and Mood Disorders
Dr. Maria explains it all from the body’s physical needs very well. She says:
The pharmaceutical companies are racing to keep up with the demand for mood enhancing medications. Due to the lack of nutrition, which is needed by the body to create brain chemicals, the body struggles to keep all systems running in balance. Unfortunately, medications are only a “band-aid” and temporary fix for most disorders fo the brain and corresponding organs. The only restorative measure that can be taken is to increase the level of nutritional elements within the body.
These nutritional elements come by way of nutritionally dense food, and by supplementation. As the formulator of Settle Down, my goal was to get the body out of fight or flight by shoring up the adrenas with vitamins and also quieting the excessive neural activity in the brain with calming herbs.
Nutritional deficiency is primarily at the root of all mood disorders, focus issues, panic and anxiety disorders, sleeplessness, restlessness, ADD, ADHD, PTSD and Bipolar.

The adrenal glands are extremely important in helping the body deal with stress: be it day-to-day stress or trauma related to stress. A popular phrase that is associated with the adrenal glands is “fight or flight response.”
This There are certain hormones and chemical messengers that are excreted from these small glands that sit atop our kidneys. These chemical messengers and hormones are important to our survival.
However, an over-production of them can cause the body to become anxious and agitated.
When the body is anxious and agitated, the fight or flight response from the adrenal glands is heightened.
For some people, every thought that carries a sense of danger will simply means that the body is prepared to move, jump, defend, exert, or retreat and run away from any and all situations that seem stressful.
In a person whose adrenals are overworked or depleted, real and perceived danger can carry the same intensity of fear and can trigger the response to either run away or stand and defend. The constant onslaught of these fears can create episodes of
- MANIC EPISODES
- INAPPROPRIATE ACTIONS
- HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
- RACING PULSE
- INABILIT TO DIGEST FOOD PROPERLY
- OVERALL FATIGUE
- OVERWHELMThe adrenals are the most over-looked glands of the body in my opinion. It has become even more imperative that we begin a more preventative approach to supporting the very glands that keep us stable during times of stress.
- Because of the lack of education and information regarding these important glands, I feel our society has become increasingly dependent on prescriptin medications for those who find daily life diccult. Supporting the adrenal glands while at the same time calming the excessive brain neuron firing, to ward off th fight or flight response, was the sole purpose in the creation of this supplement.
