Do You Need Oregano Oil?

One of our tea friends needed some additional ideas for combatting candida and a digestive fungal infection. Dr. Miller’s amazing wife, Janice, is a walking encyclopedia for herbal remedies.  Please note that drinking the tea will enhance the benefits of all medicine and supplements! It clears the colon walls so you absorb everything better!

She promptly answered that OREGANO OIL is something she personally uses every day for preventing problems and promoting health.

Who knew?

For our friend, she suggested starting with Oregano Oil, then Olive Leaf Extract, followed by the amino acid l-lysine that aids the body in producing antibodies.

For today I’m highlighting the value of OREGANO OIL.

From Healthline.com:

“Oregano is a fragrant herb that’s best known as an ingredient in Italian food. However, it can also be concentrated into an essential oil that’s loaded with antioxidants and powerful compounds that have proven health benefits.

Oregano oil appears to be useful both when consumed or applied to the skin.

Interestingly, it’s an effective natural antibiotic and anti-fungal, and may also help you lose weight and lower your cholesterol levels!”

Beyond essential oil use…

Janice says that oregano oil capsules are the easiest way to get it into the body. However, you can buy liquid oregano oil.

She says it’s far too hot to consume the oil directly, but that it can be mixed with water and that way you’ve got an immediate soothing and healing remedy for the infection. It should be taken every day until symptoms subside.

Once again the other herbal remedies she suggests are Olive Leaf Extract and the amino acid, L-Lysine.
