The Tea and Menopause
If you google “Menopause and herbs”, a lot of information pops up. It seems to be prefaced and concluded with the thought that “more research is needed regarding the effectiveness and safety of herbal therapies for the management of menopausal symptoms.”
The list of menopausal symptoms is long and not fun:
night sweats, hot flashes, mood changes, vaginal changes, insomnia, etc. to name just some of them. Some women battle many aspects of it for years, while others seem to glide through it without too much difficulty.
The Tea came to me in the tail end of my menopause years. I was still experiencing intermittent hot flashes. They were totally gone within 1-2 weeks of starting the Tea, and I didn’t think much about it until a lovely lady ordered several times and called to visit with one order.
