Over 20 Science Based, All-Natural Remedies For Diarrhea

Oh, what a THING it is to get the right balance so our bowels can eliminate efficiently, comfortably and well.

Shar, a Tea friend in her 80’s, has used the Tea for many years for a variety of things. She is dealing now with diarrhea, so keeps her Tea use to a minimum.

What she HAS found, however, is a special little remedy that’s more like a TREAT!

Shar puts about a teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a small bowl and then adds about a tablespoon each of the following:

Coconut oil
Chia seeds
Hemp seeds

She found it was working so well that now she mixes it up in batches and keeps it in the refrigerator.  It gets a little hard so she can “slice off” a serving once or twice each day.

BONUS: She’s also found a great solution for those awful little flying gnats/moths.  She mixes one tablespoon of  VANILLA into 1 cup of WATER and puts it in a spray bottle.  She says it kills them in a nice way and it smells GREAT! Wow!

After this conversation, I wanted to send more information and more options for managing diarrhea naturally. I found this fascinating article and if you or a dear one are struggling with this, it’s definitely worth reading!
