Settle Down helps me lower my blood pressure without having to increase my drugs during times of stress. I do not notice any side effects like I do with drugs.

This easy to take and swallow capsule I love to take before bedtime when my brain is still racing and actively thinking about multiple things. Settle Down helps shut all the noise off. Its been a great supplement for me to help me fall asleep.

I like taking Settle Down. it works well for me , but I hate paying the price of almonst 70 dollars for one bottle too much.

Appreciate the support Settle Down offers at night as it helps to shut down my brain. Often at night my brain will be spinning with thoughts and emotions and Settle Down will calm it down allowing me to fall asleep.

I use 2 settle down to get back to sleep if I wake in the night and can’t return to sleep. It also helps at bedtime if my mind is racing and not relaxed. I would like to see it manufactured more often, at least yearly, as the current bottles were manufactured in 2021. Like everything else there are limits on freshness.
