I'm giving it a shot!

I've used another Magnesium complex in the past which has 7 forms of magnesium. I'm not sure what the Aquamin does. This supplement doesn't seem to help as much with sleep as the other one did but it costs less. It doesn't say whether to take it with food or on an empty stomach.

Love this!

I'm on blood thinners because of atrial fibrillation so was recommended taking magnesium. I love this one because it fulfills the requirement of magnesium and when I take it in the evening, it helps me sleep, which is a huge plus!
